Hidden Water From Flooding Causes Damages

The damage you see on the laminate flooring in this guest bedroom is the result of a storm. The customer informed our staff that the room was previously unaffected during their original drying process. We checked all the rooms of the home to ensure there were no other hidden areas. Our trained technicians found other areas of the home where flooring would need to be removed. Although the customer was upset with the situation at hand he was happy to have SERVPRO of Tupelo onsite to make sure his home was restored to preloss condition!
