Drains backed up

Brad from New Albany, MS called due to his drains backed up all over house affecting 4 rooms. He states there is a big mess and is not sure where to start. SERVPRO of Tupelo was called in to help him during his time of need and has extracted all of the water. The drying process has began and the customer is at ease now knowing the professional crew is assisting him.
