A customer in Tupelo, MS had a toilet leak that was so severe that is caused the ceiling to cave in. It affected not only 3 rooms upstairs, but also 2 more rooms downstairs. The lady was so thankful when SERVPRO of Tupelo responded to her call & began cleaning up the mess.
